Notes

Although this coach was specifically built for dry camping (boondocking), it is fully capable of being hooked-up in an RV park or resort.

The complete package was originally appraised at $800,000 and since being used for the past 7 years was recently appraised at $479,000.

All cabinetry was custom built by a professional cabinet maker. The plumbing was installed by a jouneyman plumber. All 120 volt electrical wiring was inspected & approved by an Ontario Hydro Commission inspector.

The coach recently passed the mandatory Ontario Emissions Testing.

After 7 years of enjoying this coach, we've decided to build another coach so this one has to be sold.

ASKING PRICE - $275,000.00 (We're open to offers.)
